Engineers Who Know the Robot on Site
The engineer who loads and tests your content is the one standing beside the robot. Lazulite never hands it over to an outside crew.

Transparent OLED Robot · Dubai & GCC
Lazulite rents and runs the Transparent OLED Robot for exhibitions, showrooms, launches and galleries in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Doha. Its 55-inch see-through screen plays your content while visitors still see what stands behind it. Our engineers prepare the files, set the movement and stay on site to run it.

ShowroomQuick facts
A Transparent OLED Robot is a moving robotic structure that carries a 55-inch transparent OLED touch screen. Content glows on the glass at about 43% transparency, so the space behind stays in view.

Each rental covers the robot, its docking station, content loading, transport, setup and teardown. A Lazulite engineer stays with it through the event and handles every cue.
Every OLED pixel makes its own light, so unlit areas of the panel let the background show through. Movement is controlled over Wi-Fi, and the docking station uses a wired connection.
The screen is a 55-inch transparent OLED panel at 1080 x 1920 pixels, set in portrait. Files arrive as MP4, and your quote includes a content sheet with sizes and deadlines.
Play product films, brand loops, touch menus or artwork on black backgrounds, which read as clear glass. We plan the movement around your stand, so motion and content tell one story.

Exhibition Stand Host
The robot moves on a programmed routine within a cleared zone of the stand. Its content floats over the stand design behind it and draws people closer.

For MoIAT at MIITE 2026, Lazulite paired a mini holotube with a tangible table, so display content met hands-on touch.
Our in-house team built a touch and throw game for ADAFZ, the same team that prepares content for the robot.
Lazulite built the Bluecherry exhibition stand for Etihad Rail, the type of stand where the robot can work as a host.

Content hovers in front of the product, so visitors read the story and see the object together.

Our designers build MP4 content for the portrait transparent canvas, plus touch menus where needed. Engineers then set a movement routine that fits your floor plan.
We deliver the day before opening, install within half a day and test touch, movement and content on site. Teardown starts once the hall closes.

Lazulite has delivered event technology since 2016, working in all six GCC countries from its Dubai base.
Before each booking leaves Dubai, our team checks the screen, touch layer, movement and docking station in the workshop.

We confirm goals, dates, floor space, lighting and power before content work begins.
Designers prepare portrait MP4 files and touch screens, using black wherever the glass should look clear.
The robot runs your content, touch menu and movement routine in our workshop first.
Our engineer installs and tests the robot, then runs it for every session.
We pack the robot for transport and send you a short summary after the event.
The body measures 1,755 x 795 x 563 mm. Keep a clear, level zone around it for movement, and route visitor queues outside that zone.
Plan for 3.68 kW on a dedicated 16 A single-phase line, plus 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi to steer movement. We send both figures early, so you can order them from the organiser.
A level floor keeps movement smooth and the screen steady. Controlled indoor light keeps content readable, so avoid skylights, windows and spotlights aimed at the glass.
We confirm lifts, doorways and load-in times with each venue. The robot travels by road within the UAE, and we plan freight for Riyadh, Doha and other GCC cities.
Event days, content scope, touch features and location set the baseline. A booking with your own MP4 files costs less than one with custom content and menus.
Renting with standard content keeps cost down and setup quick. A custom programme adds design time, a tailored routine and touch menus built for your brand.
Custom content, touch software, extra event days and extended hours appear as separate lines. You see each one in the quote.
Budgets sit in compact, standard and flagship bands. Send your venue, dates and content brief, and our team returns a budget range by the next working day.

Shaped around your brand
The robot adds movement and a 55-inch screen, which draws people from further across a hall. The 30-inch portrait kiosk needs no routine or clear zone, so it costs less.
Choose the robot when motion should pull visitors in, or when a reveal must land on a cue. It suits open stands, launches and galleries.
Choose the 3.0 Transparent OLED Portrait for a fixed spot, such as a store aisle, a window display or a narrow stand.
Floor space is the first test. If the stand has no clear zone for movement, the fixed portrait is the safer choice, and our site survey confirms it.

Registration and badge printing that records visitor details at the stand entrance.

The 55-inch panel has about 43% transparency. Lit pixels show your content, while black areas let light pass, so the space behind stays visible. Strong light behind the robot lowers contrast, so we plan its position during the site survey.
