Developers and Engineers Under One Roof

Object Recognition Table · Dubai & GCC
Lazulite rents and builds the Tangible Table, a 55-inch 4K touch table that recognises physical objects placed on it. Set down a token, sample or model, and its content opens on screen. An integrated OLED screen shows the story to people standing nearby.

A tangible table is a touch display laid flat that recognises physical objects set on its surface. Each object opens its own content, so visitors explore by picking up and placing real items.

Objects Placed by Visitors
Each rental covers the table, its integrated OLED screen, a set of coded objects and your content built as a Windows application. Delivery, setup, testing and removal are included.
Each object carries a coded base. When it lands on the 55-inch touch surface, the table reads the code and the object's position. The Windows application then opens the matching content, and touch gestures let visitors scroll and zoom.
The full structure measures 1,488 by 839 by 820 mm, around a 55-inch 4K screen. The OLED unit measures 1,240 by 770.5 by 220 mm at 1080 by 1920 pixels. Each table dye, the piece a visitor places, is 98 mm in diameter.
Start with the items visitors should handle: product samples, scale models or branded tokens. Our designers write one content path per object, and our engineers fit each item with its code.

Each product in a range has its own object. Set one down and its features, specs and film open on the table and the OLED screen.

For du at GITEX 2022, Lazulite built an installation where setting a physical object on a table opened matching content. It is the closest past project to this product.

For MoIAT at MIITE 2026, Lazulite ran the whole project, with an RFID tangible table beside six Mini Holotubes and a 55-inch touch display.

For du at GITEX 2021, placing a du Cube on a kiosk started an animation. An LED wall then showed live footage from the show floor.
Rental covers the table with its OLED screen, a coded object set, content built for your products, setup, testing and removal. A host can join for busy show days.
A custom build sets the cabinet finish, object designs and content around your space. Permanent installs suit sales centres, museums and experience centres, with content updates on request.
The table arrives built and runs within about two hours. Content loads before dispatch, so setup is mainly placement, power and checks. Teardown takes under an hour.

Since 2016, Lazulite has supplied event technology to exhibitors across the GCC from Dubai Production City.
Our team tests every object code, the touch surface and both screens in our Dubai workshop before each job. We pack a duplicate of every object in case one goes missing.

We agree what visitors should learn, which objects they will handle and where the table sits.
Designers build each object's content path, and developers pair every code with its story.
We place every object again and again in testing, checking recognition, timing and both screens.
Engineers level the table and connect power and HDMI, then a host can guide visitors through the day.
We collect the table and objects, then return your content files for later shows.
The table takes 1,488 by 839 mm of floor. Leave about a metre on each open side, so four or five people can gather without blocking the aisle.
Power demand is low, at about 150 W on a single-phase supply, so a standard socket point is enough in most halls. Its requirements add a 2.4 GHz internet connection.
The table needs a level floor. Its 820 mm surface suits standing adults and older children. We place key content near the front edge so seated visitors can reach it.
Keep both screens out of direct sun and away from spotlights that cause glare. Hosts wipe the surface and count the objects at each break.
The number of objects, the depth of content and the event length set the price. Custom objects, extra languages and permanent installs add to it.
Renting the standard table with your content costs less and arrives faster. A custom table with designed objects costs more, but stays with you.
Object design, 3D models, bilingual content, lead capture and analytics are quoted separately. Each is added only when your brief needs it.
All three ranges are indicative and exclude VAT. A compact booking is about AED 4,000 to 7,500 a show day, Standard about AED 18,000 to 40,000 and Flagship about AED 60,000 to 150,000. Your quote follows your brief.

A tangible table puts real objects in visitors' hands and gathers a group around one surface. Tablet stations give each person a private screen. Tablets cost less per point, while the table creates a shared moment.
Choose the table when touching a product matters, or when a sales team explains a range to small groups.
Choose tablets for long forms, surveys or quiet browsing, where each visitor works alone and space is tight.
Ask whether visitors should handle something. If they should, choose the table. If they only need to read or register, tablets do the job.

A hologram display lifts the chosen product into the air above the stand.

Each object has a coded base that the table reads when it touches the 55-inch surface. The software identifies the object and where it sits, then opens the matching content in a Windows application. Some builds, such as our MoIAT table, use RFID tags instead.
Let's build it together
Tell us what visitors should learn, which products they will handle, and your venue and dates. We will reply with an object plan, a content outline and an indicative budget. The developers who code your objects will also install the table. Phone, WhatsApp or email your brief to get started.
