Every rental covers the robot, its programmed routine, branding wraps, transport and an engineer on site. Our crew sets up the safety zone and packs everything down.
Robotic arms follow motion paths our engineers write and store in a controller. Cameras and tablets trigger the routine when a guest orders, plays or steps into frame.
Each routine needs a brief, your artwork and any screen content two to four weeks ahead. We send a content specification with your quote.

Arms stay inside a barrier on a level floor, with an emergency stop in reach. We share the drawings and safety plan venues ask for.
Arms travel in flight cases on pallets. We check lift sizes, door widths and load-in slots with the venue before dispatch.

Renting a tested robot keeps cost and lead time low. A custom programme costs more upfront, but you keep the routine.

Yes. Every Lazulite robot rental includes an engineer who installs, runs and monitors the robot for the full event. The operator resets routines, refills consumables and manages the safety zone. Extended hours or a second operator are listed in the quote.
