Each project covers the physical model, its floor base, the Android AR app, the devices, installation and a host for launch days. Content updates can be added as your project moves on.
The app captures live video of the model and recognises its shapes and markers. It then places 3D content on the exact plots, so a tower rises from its real footprint as the visitor moves.
The outer size is 1,600 mm square and 800 mm high, and the model is floor-mounted. The app runs on Android, with real-time video capture as its interaction type.
Our model makers work from your CAD drawings and master plan. Our 3D team builds the AR layers from the same files, so the model and the overlay always agree.

Built for Dubai Municipality, this permanent centre brings maps, data visualisations, AR and VR into one space. It is our nearest work to a long-term planning model.
At GITEX, physical objects triggered digital content for du. An AR model links real shapes to on-screen content in the same way.
Lazulite ran the whole MoIAT project at MIITE 2026. It combined six Mini Holotubes, a touch display of 55 inches and a table that reads RFID tags.
We build the model and the app together from one set of files. The result is a matched pair that you own after launch.

The requirements name a 2.4 GHz network. We use it for app updates and device management between show days.
The model sits on a levelled floor base. For outdoor sites, we agree shade, wind exposure and overnight cover with you before installation.
Model size, level of detail, number of AR layers and device count set the price. Long-term display and content updates add to it.
A new model with AR costs more because it includes the physical build. Adding AR to your existing model costs less and takes less time.
Estimates cover the model or AR layer, the app, devices, installation and launch-day hosting. Venue power and VAT are excluded. These ranges are indicative, for planning only.
As a guide, adding AR to an existing model sits at AED 30,000 to 60,000, and a new model costs more. Every project is quoted to its brief.

AR adds height, interiors and future phases on a screen, and each visitor explores alone. Projection lights the model's surface for the whole group at once.
Choose AR when buyers need to see buildings that are not on the model yet, or open a tower to its floor plans.
Choose projection for a timed group show in a darkened room, where everyone watches the same story on the model.
If visitors browse one by one, pick AR. If a presenter talks a group through a show, pick projection.
