LEAP 2027 · Riyadh
Cloud providers, AI startups and ministries all take space at LEAP. Lazulite builds their stands in its Dubai workshop, trucks them to Malham and fits robotic arms, LED walls and kiosks from its own catalogue. Our crews have built at all five editions since 2022. Tahaluf and MCIT bring the sixth edition to the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center from 12 to 15 April 2027. Our engineers stay on every stand until the halls close.
Show facts
LEAP is an annual Riyadh technology event, held since 2022 and now organised by Tahaluf, with MCIT as a founding partner.
Show details checked: 2 November 2026
LEAP is where Saudi technology deals get announced, and MCIT counted nearly $15 billion of them at the fifth edition in 2026. The ministry grouped them under AI infrastructure, data centres, cloud computing, technology manufacturing and venture capital. Al Moammar Information Systems alone committed $1.2 billion to reach 192 megawatts of data centre capacity. At LEAP 2026, AWS said its first Saudi cloud region was on track to open in December 2026, which MCIT linked to Vision 2030.
LEAP 2026 put its Main Stage in Hall 1 and the Rocket Fuel and Code stages in Hall 1A. Hall 1A also housed the Startup and Scaleup Programme, which runs Rocket Fuel and investor matchmaking. Orbital stages filled Halls 2 to 4, and DeepFest took Hall 5. Zones included the World Tech Zone for country pavilions and government initiatives, the Tech Arena and the Sports Tech Hub. The DGA Stage gave authorities a platform for digital government tools.
LEAP's visitors are founders, investors, policymakers and enterprise buyers, and MCIT counted 1,900 investors and 600 startups at the 2026 edition. Tahaluf sells separate Founder and Investor passes, and both came with on-site parking in 2026. Put the figures an investor asks about, such as funding stage and Saudi expansion plans, on the stand itself.
LEAP 2027 runs from Monday 12 April to Thursday 15 April 2027, the sixth edition, as MCIT and onegiantleap.com confirm. That puts LEAP back in spring, after the 2026 edition moved to 31 August to 3 September amid regional conflict, Arab News reported. In 2026 general visitors entered at 1pm and the halls closed at 9pm.
LEAP 2027 is held at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, its home since 2024. The 2022 and 2023 editions ran at Riyadh Front, and the organiser moved to Malham to meet growing exhibitor and visitor demand. During LEAP 2026, a shuttle bus ran to and from the venue, the organiser's FAQ says.
LEAP's exhibit form warns that stand space sells out, and the 2026 edition hosted 1,800 technology brands, MCIT reported. Tahaluf has yet to post its 2027 dates for drawings, crew passes or service orders. Book your plot through Tahaluf before you brief a builder, so the stand number and hall are fixed.

LEAP's floor mixes startup plots near Hall 1A with World Tech Zone pavilions and flagship islands for cloud and AI companies. Lazulite builds all three: modular frames for the startups, custom islands, and national pavilions through Custom Pavilion Building.
LEAP's Tech Arena runs live robotics, so robotics firms exhibiting nearby can echo it with Kuka Robotic Arms or a Transparent OLED Robot. Sports Tech Hub exhibitors meet clubs, stadiums and governing bodies, and a Cycle Game lets those visitors test a sports product on the spot.
An Investor or Founder pass at LEAP calls for a different follow-up from general admission, so Lazulite tags every lead by pass type. Kiosks and QR scans also note company and role, and a sign-up game picks up the afternoon crowd.
LEAP halls opened at 12pm for selected pass holders and closed at 9pm in 2026. Our engineers arrive before that early-access hour and stay through the evening sessions on all four days, 12 to 15 April.
MCIT logged $857 million of LEAP announcements on day three of 2026 alone, and HUMAIN used the Main Stage to present its enterprise AI. Fire an LED video wall reveal on your stand the minute your own deal goes public there.
Data centre plans ran through LEAP 2026's announcements, among them NHC Innovation's $880 million for Khuzam Digital Valley, MCIT reported. A Miniature Model with projected power and cooling layers lets investors study your campus before ground is broken.
Rocket Fuel gives each LEAP startup three minutes to pitch for $1 million in equity-free awards, and investors carry that pace onto the stands. A Tangible Table routine that runs in three minutes shows the product, then hands the visitor to your founder.
SDAIA brought 12 national data and AI projects to LEAP 2026, and GACA presented aviation AI, the Saudi Press Agency reported. A Dynamic LED Table gives an authority's pavilion one shared surface where each national project opens in turn.
Tahaluf reviews drawings for LEAP's space-only plots through its own exhibitor process. RECC Malham has hosted every edition since 2024, so its hall rules are well known to the organiser. Lazulite's pack marks robot reach, hanging points and screen heights, the items robotics and LED stands add to a review.
LEAP exhibitors had hall access from 9am to 9:30pm in 2026, the organiser's FAQ says. Crew registration follows Tahaluf's own contractor process, and Lazulite enrols its Riyadh and Dubai teams through it with one named supervisor per stand.
Robot arms and LED walls for Main Stage reveals both need power planned early at LEAP. Lazulite prepares your LEAP power, rigging and internet requirements and lodges every service order for you, through the channel Tahaluf's manual names.
A Main Stage slot, if you have one, shapes the first LEAP footprint, which comes back with kit options and a cost range.
Robot positions and screen heights for the LEAP stand are fixed in 3D, and Tahaluf receives the drawing pack after your sign-off.
Every robot routine and screen file runs in the Dubai workshop before the LEAP stand is crated for the road to Riyadh.
Trucks from Dubai unload at Malham inside Tahaluf's build-up window, and your staff take over a powered, tested stand before LEAP opens on 12 April.
Investor-flagged leads reach you first when LEAP ends on 15 April; the stand then leaves Malham and reusable sections go into storage.
Programming time for robotics and AI exhibits adds to a LEAP budget beyond floor area and build type. Modular builds for LEAP typically come in at AED 1,000 to 2,000 on each square metre of floor. Custom LEAP stands typically run AED 1,500 to 3,500. Quotes for Malham often land in the upper half of each band, since road freight from Dubai, travel and crew lodging add cost.
Tahaluf books LEAP floor space through the exhibit form on onegiantleap.com and bills it apart from our quote. That quote prices the build, technology, content and engineers from 12 to 15 April. The power, rigging and internet orders we place for you appear on separate lines.
LEAP startup plots near Hall 1A usually spend on one screen and keep the frame modular. For a Main Stage reveal, an indoor LED video wall hires out at a typical AED 300 to 650 a square metre each day.

DeepFest runs alongside LEAP at RECC Malham under the same organiser, so a company on both floors can brief one Lazulite crew for both stands.
LEAP stands built in Lazulite's Dubai workshop reach Malham by road, timed to Tahaluf's build-up window. Our Riyadh team then covers the four show days.
Robotics, AI and cloud exhibits at LEAP run on software our engineers adapt to each Lazulite unit, Kuka Robotic Arms and the AI Photobooth included. Changes for a late announcement load before the halls open.
