Technicians Who Build and Run the Room
The engineers who align your projectors in the workshop stand beside the room on show days. No part of the job goes to a sub-contractor.

Projection Rooms · Dubai & GCC
Lazulite rents and builds the Immersive Room, an enclosed 3 m cube with three ceiling-mounted projectors. They play one synchronised film across the inside walls around a small group. Our technicians build and run it on stands, in atriums and in lobbies across the GCC.

An immersive room is an enclosed space whose inside walls act as projection screens, so guests stand within the picture. Lazulite's version is a self-contained cube that travels to your venue.

Each package covers the cube, three projectors on ceiling mounts, playback hardware and content preparation. Delivery, build, alignment, teardown and a technician on every show day are included.
Each ceiling projector covers its own share of the inside walls. One master film is split into three Full HD slices that play from a shared timeline over HDMI. Engineers align the images so their edges meet at the corners, and the closed walls protect contrast.
The structure measures 3,000 by 3,000 by 3,000 mm. Three ceiling-mounted projectors each run at Full HD, 1920 by 1080. Content arrives by HDMI and plays as MP4 files. The room is non interactive and built for indoor use.
Guests turn their heads to follow the story, so plan scenes that travel around the room. Slow camera moves suit close viewing, and most loops run one to three minutes. Sound is quoted separately, as the specification lists no speakers.

Lazulite delivered this permanent centre, where VIPs and visitors explore interactive maps and dynamic data visualisations. It did not use the room, but it is our nearest walk-in storytelling space on record.

On du's GITEX 2022 stand, real objects triggered digital responses through AR, VR, holographic projection and kinetic motion. It shows our projection team at work, though not inside a closed room.

Visitors boarded a virtual safari vehicle in this experience, which our record links to Al Ain Zoo and GITEX 2019. It is AR, not projection, yet guests step into the story.
A rental includes the room, projectors, playback, a check of your MP4 files, transport, build, alignment and removal. A technician runs every show day.
A custom build can change the exterior finish, the entrance and the content plan, and can stay installed for months. Larger spaces call for projection mapping kits instead.
Most rooms go up within a few hours of arrival, then spend the rest of the day on alignment and tests. Teardown follows the final close and takes about half a day.

Since 2016, our crews have delivered event technology in every GCC state. Our workshop and office sit in Dubai Production City.
We clean, test and store the projectors, mounts and structure between jobs, and assemble every room in our Dubai workshop before it ships.

We agree the story, audience and floor position, then check height, power and the entrance route.
Designers build one master film, then split it into three Full HD MP4 files that meet at the corners.
We assemble the room in our workshop and run the whole loop, proving alignment and timing before load-in.
Technicians build the cube, align the projectors, then run sessions and manage the queue each day.
We take the room down after closing and return your content files for future events.
The cube needs a 3 by 3 m footprint, a little over 3 m of clear height and space for a queue. The live specification asks for a levelled floor, so we check carpet, raised flooring and height limits early.
Order one 16 amp single-phase feed for the room; its draw is close to 3.68 kW. The requirements also name a 2.4 GHz network. Book both with the organiser once your position is fixed.
Three projectors and a group of guests warm a closed room quickly. We place it where hall air conditioning reaches it, size groups to the space and check the temperature through the day. The walls give the blackout, so keep sunlit glass away from the entrance.
A covered structure on a stand may need organiser approval, so we supply drawings early. We follow each venue's rules on fire detection and exits, keep the entrance clear and avoid fast flashing content.
Show days, content work, finish and city set the price. Extra technicians, overnight builds and long runs add to it.
A rented standard room costs less and arrives sooner. A custom room costs more at the start and stays yours to reuse.
Designed films, extra language versions, exterior wraps and sound sit outside the base price, quoted only when your plan needs them.

The room surrounds a small group with projected film, and nobody wears a headset. The VR Pod seats one guest in a motion-enabled chair with an Oculus headset.
Choose the room when guests should share the moment, or when VIPs would rather not wear a headset.
Choose the VR Pod for rides, simulations and 360 tours that each guest should feel in motion. It also needs less floor.
Groups with a few minutes suit the room, while single guests after a thrill suit the pod.

It is an enclosed projection room that guests walk into. Lazulite's version is a 3 m cube lit by three Full HD projectors fixed to its ceiling. Together they wrap one film around a small group standing inside. It suits exhibition stands, mall atriums and lobbies.
