Lazulite designs, builds and runs exhibition stands for GITEX Global exhibitors in Dubai. Our engineers build LED walls, 3D holograms and Tangible Tables into each stand, then stay on it for all four Expo days. In 2026 the Expo moves to Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai, and runs from 8 to 11 December. Lazulite has supported exhibitors at ten GITEX editions since 2016.

GITEX Global covers AI, cybersecurity, data centre, mobility, quantum and sustainable technology for buyers from government and business. The organiser presents the 2026 edition under the line Bold New Frontiers, Intelligent Economy. Expand North Star, the startup and investor show, runs alongside it at Expo City from 8 to 10 December.
GITEX Global 2026 is arranged in themed zones, including GITEX Agentix, GITEX World Robotix and GITEX SUPER COMPUTEX for data centres. GITEX MOBX, GITEX Quantum Expo and GITEX New Energyx complete the list. The organiser has not yet published the 2026 hall plan for Dubai Exhibition Centre.
GITEX Global admits trade visitors only, from government, business and investment. For the 2025 edition, the organiser reported more than 6,800 exhibitors, 2,000 startups and 1,200 investors. On a trade-only floor, plan a seated meeting area as well as a demo.
GITEX Global 2026 runs from 7 to 11 December, with the Summit on the first day and the Expo over the four days that follow. The organiser's site, gitex.com, lists Expo hours of 10am to 5pm and Summit hours of 9:30am to 5pm.
The GITEX Global 2026 Expo is held at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai, its first year away from Dubai World Trade Centre. The Summit stays at Dubai World Trade Centre, in Sheikh Maktoum Hall according to the venue's listing. The Dubai Metro Red Line links both venues, and Expo 2020 Metro Station is closest to the Expo.
The GITEX organiser sets deadlines for stand drawings, contractor registration and service orders in its exhibitor manual. The organiser has not published the 2026 dates on its public site, so we confirm each one from the manual once you book. If you book after 20 October, choose a modular stand, which Lazulite builds in three to five weeks. The last brief for that route is 10 November, subject to the organiser's own deadlines. Lazulite handles GITEX booth design and builds custom stands in its Dubai workshop, with modular systems for faster, lower-cost builds. Both routes cover design, drawings, fabrication, transport to Expo City, installation and removal once the Expo ends on 11 December.

Lazulite engineers who wired your GITEX stand stay on it from 10am to 5pm on each of the four Expo days. If the Summit on 7 December brings news you want on the stand, we load it overnight before the Expo opens.
A Tangible Table lets GITEX visitors place a product token and watch its features play out on screen. It suits AI and cybersecurity products, two of GITEX's main sectors, which have nothing physical to show.
An AI avatar suits a GITEX Global 2026 stand, where the organiser's line is Intelligent Economy. It greets visitors in English or Arabic and hands serious enquiries to your team. An AI Photobooth beside it gives visitors a picture to share.
A 3D hologram or Dynamic LED Wall reveal every hour from 10am to 4pm gives a GITEX stand seven moments a day.
A 60-second game with a live leaderboard keeps a queue at a GITEX stand across four Expo days. Players register first, and a daily prize brings the top ones back.
At GITEX Global, the organiser sets the approval process for space-only stand drawings in its exhibitor manual. 2026 is the first GITEX at Dubai Exhibition Centre, so drawings reused from earlier editions need checking against the new venue. Lazulite prepares the drawing pack for Expo City and answers the organiser's comments until approval.
At GITEX Global, the organiser sets how stand contractors and crew register for build-up passes. Lazulite registers its crew through that process. The organiser warns that UAE visa processing can take up to six weeks, so overseas stand staff should apply early.
Lazulite prepares your power, rigging and internet requirements for GITEX and submits the service orders on your behalf. Orders go through Dubai World Trade Centre's exhibitor services, which run both GITEX 2026 venues. DWTC names DXB Live as sole provider of top rigging.

You sign off 3D views of the stand, then we submit the drawing pack for Dubai Exhibition Centre to the GITEX organiser.

Our crew builds at Expo City and rehearses each demo with your stand team before the doors open at 10am on 8 December.
When GITEX closes on 11 December, we dismantle the stand, store reusable parts for your next show and hand over your lead file.
Floor area, build type, technology and show-day support set the cost of a GITEX stand. As a guide, a modular stand typically costs AED 1,000 to 2,000 per square metre to design, build and install. A custom stand typically costs AED 1,500 to 3,500 per square metre. Small stands cost more per square metre, because design, transport and installation do not shrink with the floor area. Compact stands run up to about 18 square metres, standard stands 18 to 50, and flagship islands more.
GITEX exhibition space is booked and paid for with the organiser, separate from your stand builder's quote. Exhibitors book it using the Exhibit Now button on gitex.com. Lazulite quotes the build, technology and crew as one figure. We also prepare the power, rigging and internet needs and place those service orders for you, with venue charges itemised in the same quote. Every budget band below includes design, build, technology, content and Lazulite engineers on the stand through all four Expo days.
To control GITEX stand cost, use a modular structure and spend on one strong focal point. Renting an indoor LED video wall typically costs AED 300 to 650 per square metre per day. A hologram fan typically rents for AED 1,500 to 3,000 per day, and an AI Photobooth for AED 3,000 to 6,000 per show day. Motorised Dynamic LED Walls are quoted to your brief. Intersec Global opens on 12 January 2027, a month after GITEX, so a modular GITEX stand can be stored and rebuilt there.

No, only the Summit is. The organiser lists the Summit on 7 December 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre. The four-day Expo, 8 to 11 December, runs at Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City Dubai, open 10am to 5pm. Pages that list GITEX 2026 in October at Dubai World Trade Centre are out of date.
