Hosts Who Coach First-Time Pilots
Our hosts brief every guest, talk them through the approach and reset the flight between pilots. Most visitors have never touched flight controls before.

Cockpit Simulation · Dubai & GCC
Lazulite's Flight Simulator puts a guest in a cockpit seat facing three linked 55-inch screens. They take off, fly and land while the view answers every input. We rent it for airshows, aviation stands, travel fairs and careers events across the GCC, with a host beside each pilot.

A flight simulator for events is a cockpit seat with flight controls, placed in front of screens that show the view from the aircraft. The software reacts to each input, so the guest flies the plane.

Event Hours in the Cockpit
You get the cockpit seat and controls, three 55-inch Samsung screens, the PC running the flight application, and a flight host. Transport, installation, screen alignment and removal come with it.
The pilot moves the controls, and the Windows flight application updates the scene at once. The three screens join into one wide view, so the runway and horizon stretch across the guest's field of vision.
The cockpit unit is 1,540 mm long, 601 mm wide and 1,200 mm high. Each 55-inch Samsung screen runs at 1,920 by 1,080. Together the three screens span 3,388.474 mm and stand 1,484.3 mm high.
The application is an interactive game. We set it up as a free flight, a timed landing challenge or a short training demonstration. The mode follows your audience and queue.

We have no flight simulator job on our public record so far. The nearest hands-on activation is this interactive game Lazulite ran for ADAFZ at ADNEC.

A scored digital game from our portfolio. A landing challenge uses the same scoring, prizes and queue planning.
Our team built this transport stand at ADNEC. It is the kind of stand a cockpit would slot into at a mobility or aviation show.
A rental includes the cockpit, three screens, the flight PC, a host for each show day, transport, installation and removal. Extra hosts cover long opening hours.
Wraps on the seat and screen frame carry your logo. Our team sets the route, aircraft and scoring inside the application to suit your story.
The crew installs the cockpit on build day, aligns the three screens and tests a full flight. Removal follows the final show hour.
Our hosts brief every guest, talk them through the approach and reset the flight between pilots. Most visitors have never touched flight controls before.
Since 2016, our crews have taken event technology to show floors in all six GCC states, working from a base in Dubai Production City.
The simulator belongs to our own fleet. Technicians test the controls, PC and screens at our Dubai workshop before each booking.

We agree who will fly, how long each flight lasts and what each guest should remember.
A project lead marks the 3.5 by 3.2 metre area, the power point and the spectator space on your plan.
Our developers set the route, aircraft and scoring, and designers prepare the cockpit wraps.
Technicians install the cockpit on its floor base, align the screens and fly a full test.
Hosts run flights through every show hour, then the crew packs the setup after closing.
The full setup covers 3,500 by 3,200 mm. Leave a further strip behind it, so a small crowd can watch the screens without blocking the aisle.
One single-phase 16 A supply, close to 3.68 kW, runs the whole setup. A 2.4 GHz network appears in the requirements, and data moves by USB.
The cockpit needs a levelled base with reinforced MDF. We supply and fit it, and check carpet and raised floors with the venue first.
Controlled lighting keeps the screens readable. Pilots must reach the controls comfortably, and the host stays beside every guest from take-off to landing.
Show days, opening hours and the number of hosts set the base. A branded route, a leaderboard and cockpit wraps add to it.
A standard free flight is the quickest to book. A scored challenge or branded route adds setup and testing time, and so adds cost.
The rate covers the simulator, host, transport, floor base and installation. Venue power, internet and VAT are excluded. These figures are indicative, for planning only.
As a guide, a single show day with a standard flight runs at AED 3,500 to 6,000. These are estimates, and every project is quoted to its brief.

A flight shaped to your brand
The simulator gives the guest real controls and an open three-screen view that others can watch. The VR Pod seals one rider inside a headset film on a motion seat.
Pick the cockpit when skill matters, such as scored landings or a training demo, and when spectators should share the moment.
Pick the pod for a short thrill or tour that a guest rides rather than steers, with movement felt in the seat.
Ask whether guests should steer or ride. Steering points to the simulator, while riding points to the pod.

Show the aircraft or part in 3D while guests wait to fly.

A guest sits in a cockpit-style seat and works the flight controls. A Windows flight application reads every input and redraws the view across three 55-inch Samsung screens. Runway, horizon and instruments move as the guest flies, and our host coaches them from take-off to landing.
