Each rental includes the popup LED wall, the 85 inch Holobox, its metal structure, playback and movement control. Delivery, testing, an engineer on site and teardown are included.
The popup wall is built from modules that push forward and pull back over a LAN connection. Video reaches both screens over HDMI. One timeline cues movement, wall picture and Holobox content together, so a reveal plays as one scene.
The Holobox screen measures 1069 by 1895 mm and plays at 4K, or 3840 by 2160 pixels. The popup wall plays at 1920 by 1440 pixels. Its overall size is 3900 by 3167 by 650 mm, and each module measures 644 by 483 by 313 mm.
Content uses PJL video format, a custom format built for the set's software, and our designers prepare it. Visitors trigger scenes by touch, motion or gesture, or the set loops on its own.

A rental covers the full set, an engineer and all logistics. Runs go from a single launch day to a multi-week show.
For a showroom or brand centre, we can finish the frame in your colours and write custom interactive software. The set can then stay in place with scheduled maintenance by our team.
Most installs take one day, including a full movement test before doors open. Teardown usually fits into one night after the show closes.

Plan for a wall about 3.9 m wide, 3.2 m tall and 0.65 m deep. The Holobox adds a unit 1.25 m wide, 0.6 m deep and 2.13 m tall, plus clear space for visitors.
Plan a three-phase 16 A feed of about 8.86 kW and a 2.4 GHz network link. Book both early, as organisers close power orders weeks before build-up.
The set stands on a levelled base of reinforced MDF, so uneven hall floors are corrected before installation. We supply the drawings and load details venues request.
Keep spotlights and daylight off the Holobox face. We check door heights and lift sizes in advance, since the Holobox stands over two metres tall.
Event length, content scope, interaction and location set the price. A looped rental with supplied content costs less than a custom interactive reveal.
Renting the existing set keeps cost down and lead time short. A custom build suits permanent spaces, where the cost spreads across years of use.
New 3D scenes, gesture software, extra days and added crew appear as separate quote lines.
