Dubai Airshow 2027 · Dubai
Ninety-eight hospitality chalets lined the static park at Dubai Airshow 2025, beside a hall of more than 1,500 exhibitors. Lazulite fits out those chalets and builds hall stands and outdoor pavilions for airlines, OEMs, MRO firms and space companies. Since 2017 our crews have worked four airshow build-ups at DWC, using holograms, VR Pods and LED walls from our own catalogue. The 20th edition runs from Monday 15 to Friday 19 November 2027 at the Dubai Airshow Site.
Show facts
Dubai Airshow is Informa Markets' biennial, trade-only aerospace, space and defence exhibition at Dubai World Central, founded as Arab Air in 1986.
Show details checked: 2 November 2026
Dubai Airshow began as Arab Air at Dubai World Trade Centre in 1986, with 200 exhibitors and 25 aircraft. Its 2027 brochure lists 12 sectors, from air cargo and aircraft interiors to drones and MRO. Dubai Airports, the UAE Ministry of Defence, the UAE Space Agency, the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects are strategic partners.
Exhibitors take a hall stand, a chalet facing the static park, an outdoor plot beside the aircraft or a Vista startup pod. The 2025 hall held 21 country pavilions, the Space Pavilion and an Advanced Air Mobility pavilion. Outside stood 219 aircraft, the organiser says, with SkyView's public grandstand facing the flying display.
Only industry professionals get in, and visitors may be asked for a business card. In 2025 the Dubai Media Office counted 248,788 visitors and 490 military and civil delegations from 115 countries. Deals passed USD 202 billion, with Emirates alone ordering USD 41.4 billion of aircraft.
Monday 15 November 2027 opens the 20th Dubai Airshow, and Friday 19 November closes it. Hours for 2027 are not yet posted. In 2025 the halls opened 10am to 5:30pm on most days, and the flying display usually began around 1:30pm.
Dubai Airshow 2027 is held at the Dubai Airshow Site in Dubai World Central, on the airfield of Al Maktoum International Airport. The airside area stays closed to attendees, under the 2025 aircraft manual.
Chalet holders and aircraft exhibitors meet the earliest Dubai Airshow deadlines. In 2025, chalet designs were due on 19 September, eight weeks out, and Air Forms for each aircraft by 12 September. The 2027 manual will sit in the Exhibitor Portal, open to one primary contact per company, so share an access link with Lazulite.

Double-storey chalets arrived as shell and core in 2025, with toilets and a kitchen but no interior walls or ceilings. Lazulite builds those partitions, ceilings and reception joinery in its Dubai Production City workshop, alongside hall stands and outdoor pavilions. Modular Exhibition Stands dress a shell scheme.
Aircraft Interiors and Air Cargo are both 2027 sectors whose products outgrow a booth. A 3.0 Transparent OLED Portrait runs specification text over a real seat or galley insert. A Dynamic LED Table maps a cargo airline's network by route and tonnage.
Site Wi-Fi is very limited, the organiser warned in 2025, so Lazulite's lead tools store every record on the device. Beside the official app's badge scanning, our Interactive Kiosks tag each contact as airline, OEM, armed forces or delegation, then sync over a wired line.
In 2025 the halls stayed open to 9pm on Tuesday for Airshow After Dark. Lazulite engineers cover that late shift too, running hologram, VR and chalet screens.
eVTOLs joined the Dubai Airshow flying display for the first time in 2025, and vertiport designers are on the AAM audience list. A VR Pod flies a visitor between two vertiports, seated as a passenger.
More than 27 national space agencies joined the 2025 Space Pavilion, run with the UAE Space Agency. A 3D Hologram fan turns your satellite or space component in full colour on a small booth.
MRO got its own conference track in 2025, and MRO providers are on the 2027 audience list. Kuka Robotic Arms turn a blade, valve or landing gear part at eye level, so buyers see each face untouched.
SkyView, the public grandstand beside the site, offered space-only plots for brand activations in 2025. An AI Photobooth sets each visitor before an aircraft line-up and sends the portrait to their phone.
No chalet build could start in 2025 until Informa approved a plan view with every dimension, specification and material. Terrace branding followed DAEP's chalet guidelines, as contra-vision vinyl on the acrylic boards only. Hall stand designs went in with fire-retardant certificates. Lazulite's plans mark each AC unit and its 10 centimetre wall gap.
Every stand contractor in 2025 signed Informa FZE's appointed contractor agreement, or its crew could be refused entry. It required liability cover of at least USD 2,000,000 per claim and set fines for missed build timings. Hard hats, hi-vis vests and safety footwear were compulsory.
Each 2025 chalet had a distribution board, but power, water and waste were ordered separately, and only the official contractor could alter the AC. Lazulite draws up your power, rigging and internet needs and files each service order for you in the Exhibitor Portal. Hot works were banned near chalets.
Your booking sets the first drawing: Informa's shell plan for a chalet, the plot for a hall stand or the static display layout outdoors.
Informa's reviewers receive plan views, materials and terrace vinyl, drawn to the 2027 rules.
Hologram clips, VR routes and kiosk forms play through a five-day cycle in our Dubai workshop before loading for DWC.
Chalet terraces and outdoor pavilions finish first, since the 2025 schedule closed exterior work six days before opening; interiors follow.
Contacts from all five days reach your team tagged by delegation, airline and OEM, and the cleared chalet shell goes back for Informa's damage check.
Space type moves a Dubai Airshow budget before size does: hall stands, chalet interiors and outdoor pavilions are different builds. Informa sells space only from 25 square metres, so smaller hall stands start as shell schemes. Each square metre of a Lazulite modular build typically adds AED 1,000 to 2,000 to an airshow budget, and custom work AED 1,500 to 3,500. Chalet fit-outs are quoted individually.
Informa's 2027 brochure gives indicative starting rates: USD 1,035 per square metre for space only, USD 1,195 for shell schemes and USD 690 outdoors. Space-only and outdoor plots carry a 25 square metre minimum, and a double-storey chalet is quoted from USD 121,500. Aircraft display is on application, all booked through Informa's sales team. Our team prepares each power, rigging and internet order, enters it in the Exhibitor Portal and itemises the venue charge.
A company with a chalet can meet there and shrink its hall stand to a display point. Hologram fans typically hire at AED 1,500 to 3,000 for each day. A SkyView AI Photobooth runs a typical AED 3,000 to 6,000 for every show day.

Chalet interiors and hall islands drawn for Informa
Informa held a damage deposit on each double-storey chalet in 2025, and only DAEP's staff could fix anything to the shell. Lazulite builds chalet interiors as freestanding frames and lays click-system terrace decking, both lifting out cleanly at build-down.
In 2025, Dubai Airshow exteriors closed on 11 November, aircraft moved in on 12 November and interiors finished on 14 November. One Lazulite crew sequences your hall stand, chalet and outdoor plot to that clock.
Every 2025 chalet unit needed a CO2 extinguisher, a powder extinguisher and a 1.2 metre fire blanket, and Lazulite fit-outs carry all three.

No. Dubai Airshow runs every two years, and the 2025 edition closed on 21 November. The next runs from 15 to 19 November 2027 at the DWC site. The site's December 2026 event is the MEBAA Show, for business aviation, so plan airshow budgets for 2027.
