In-House Engineers Supporting Every Deployment
The engineers who load and test your kiosk also run it on site. No subcontracted crews, and no wait for a technician when a module or a touch layer needs attention.

Curved LED Kiosks · Dubai & GCC
Lazulite supplies and runs curved LED kiosks for exhibitions, conferences, award nights and launches across Dubai and the GCC. The kiosk is a floor-standing LED totem that wraps around visitors as they sign in, read sponsor messages or find their way. Our engineers prepare the content, install the kiosk and stay on site until teardown.

Touch contentQuick facts
A curved LED kiosk is a floor-standing LED display bent into an arc, so content reads from the front and both sides. It works as an LED totem, a digital LED poster or a sign-in station, and its touch layer lets visitors interact with what they see.

Each package covers the curved kiosk, its media player, content playback, delivery, installation and an engineer on site. You receive a working kiosk on opening day.
LED modules are joined at a slight angle to form one continuous curve. A media player feeds the full surface over HDMI, and a touch layer reads taps and signatures, so the arc behaves as one screen.
The kiosk measures about 3000 by 1980 by 2270 mm and uses a 1.86 mm pixel pitch. Its display resolution is 1548 by 1548 pixels. Content arrives as MP4 video, and we send a specification sheet so designers work at the right size first time.
Run welcome loops, sponsor reels, agendas, maps or touch menus on the same kiosk. Content can change between sessions, so one kiosk greets guests in the morning and plays sponsor messages after lunch.

Welcome and Sign-In Kiosk
Guests sign their name on the touch surface and see it join a live welcome wall. The entrance queue becomes the first branded moment.

For Almajdouie in Dammam, guest photos joined a live LED canvas that formed the Saudi flag, the same guest-content flow our sign-in kiosk runs.

Visitors at Xposure took photos and saw them appear on screen moments later, keeping crowds at the display between talks.

Our LED team built a volumetric display for du at GITEX, using the same in-house skills that shape and run the curved kiosk.
Rental covers the kiosk, media player, content playback, delivery, setup, teardown and an engineer on site. Hire it by the day or the week.
Need a taller arc, a different curve or several kiosks linked together? Our engineers adapt the frame, finish and software to your brand and your floor plan.
Most rentals install in half a day and dismantle in a few hours after close. We agree build-up and build-down slots with the venue in the brief.
The engineers who load and test your kiosk also run it on site. No subcontracted crews, and no wait for a technician when a module or a touch layer needs attention.
Since 2016 we have delivered live projects across the UAE and GCC. We know how each venue handles build-up, power requests and floor rules.
Our team tests modules, players and touch layers between events and keeps spares in our Dubai workshop. What arrives on site is ready to run.

We agree goals, placement, power and the content you need before design starts.
Our designers build the welcome screen, sponsor loops and menus to the kiosk's exact size.
The kiosk runs your content in our workshop, so touch and playback issues surface early.
Engineers install the kiosk, then monitor and update it for the whole event.
We dismantle and store the kiosk, then share sign-in counts and a short summary.
Plan a clear area of about 3.0 by 2.0 metres, plus space for a queue in front. The kiosk stands 2.27 metres high, so most halls and foyers fit it.
The kiosk needs a single phase 16 A supply, about 3.68 kW, and a 2.4 GHz network connection for live updates. Content can also run offline.
The kiosk needs a level floor and a position clear of fire exits and walkways. We provide the drawings that organisers and venues ask for.
The kiosk travels in sections, so it fits standard service lifts and loading docks. We book load-in slots with the venue to suit your build-up times.
Rental days, the number of kiosks, content work and any touch or sign-in software set the price. A short brief with dates and venue lets us quote quickly.
Renting the standard kiosk keeps upfront cost low and delivery fast. A custom curve or finish costs more, but you own a kiosk you can reuse at future events.
Sign-in software, sponsor playlists, Arabic and English content and extra operators are priced as add-ons. You pay only for what your event uses.
Budgets fall into compact, standard and flagship bands. Share your dates, venue and number of kiosks, and we will confirm a range for your scope.

An LED kiosk is self-lit and bright, so it stands out in busy, well-lit halls. An LCD touch kiosk is smaller and suits close, one-to-one browsing. Budgets differ, so we price both against your brief.
Choose the curved LED kiosk when it must be seen across a hall and read from three sides, such as at an entrance.
Choose an LCD touch kiosk for quiet, close browsing on a stand, or where floor space is under two square metres.
Start with viewing distance and crowd size. If visitors see the screen from far away or in groups, choose LED. If one person reads at arm's length, an LCD kiosk is enough.

Badge scanning and printing that feed sign-in counts straight to the welcome screen.

Yes. Every quote includes delivery, installation and teardown by our own crew, so you are not billed separately for them. Extras such as extended hours, extra operators or live content changes are listed in the quote, so the full scope is clear.
