Cityscape Global 2026 opens on 1 February 2027 at Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center, Malham, after Tahaluf moved it from November. Lazulite designs and builds stands there for master developers, housing bodies and the brands beside them. Our engineers, at every Riyadh edition since 2023, light the master-plan models and run unit kiosks through each ten-hour show day.

Cityscape Global brings Saudi property development, urban planning, construction and real estate investment into one show, giga-projects included. The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing sponsors it, with REGA, Vision 2030 and the Housing Program as partners. NHC, ROSHN Group, Diriyah Company, New Murabba, Qiddiya City and Rua AlHaram AlMakki were 2025 Foundation Partners, and NEOM was Principal Partner.
Cityscape Global exhibitors include developers, architects, contractors, PropTech firms, financiers and brokers. The agenda for the original November dates put Housing 360, a homebuyer track in Arabic and English, in Hall 3. The DnA Stage was in Hall 4. Stand numbers carry the hall, as in H4.C120.
Cityscape Global draws investors, developers, brokers, property firms and homebuyers, says REGA's event listing. For 2025, the organiser reported more than 164,000 visits from over 120 countries, including more than 35,000 investors and professionals. REGA's law on property ownership by non-Saudis took effect on 22 January 2026, in designated zones. Plan a public counter for families and a closed room for fund meetings.
The four days of Cityscape Global 2026 fall on 1 to 4 February 2027, with halls open from 12pm to 10pm. In late October, Tahaluf moved it from the planned 16 to 19 November 2026 slot.
Cityscape Global 2026 takes place in Malham, north of Riyadh, at Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center, home to every Riyadh edition since 2023. The organiser's FAQ names King Khalid International Airport as the nearest airport.
The postponement resets every Cityscape Global exhibitor deadline, and Tahaluf has not yet reissued them for February. Lazulite's late route is a modular stand, which needs three to five weeks from brief to build-up. Call +971 50 173 8408 to start one.

Every Cityscape Global stand from Lazulite travels by road from the Dubai workshop to Malham, with Saudi customs clearance planned into the build-up date. Developers usually need private sales rooms and majlis seating behind the counter, so most build custom, while brokers often go modular.
Off-plan homes cannot be toured at Malham, so Cityscape Global stand technology has to show what is not yet built. A Kinetic Flip Book pages through villa and townhouse types. For resort schemes such as those of 2025 sponsor Red Sea Global, a 3D Hologram can turn the landscape in mid-air.
Many Cityscape Global leads are reservations in waiting, so each QR, badge or tablet form records the unit type and any mortgage need. Homebuyers, investors and brokers go to separate lists, ready for your sales team before the next noon opening.
Each of the four Cityscape Global show days lasts ten hours, so Lazulite runs two engineer shifts on every stand. Spare projectors and LED modules wait with our Riyadh team.
Cityscape Global 2024 hosted a Guinness World Records title for the largest display of architectural models, with 377 on show. Lit by Projection Mapping, a Miniature Model of your master plan can glow plot by plot as each phase is explained.
Interactive Kiosks let Cityscape Global buyers filter units by price range and project, as Sakani's self-service kiosks did at the 2024 edition.
At Cityscape Global 2025, REGA issued ROSHN Group the Kingdom's first instant off-plan sales licence. A VR Pod lets a buyer walk through an off-plan apartment and check the balcony view long before handover.
A small stage with a Dynamic LED Wall gives a Cityscape Global developer a set for MoU signings and project launches. At the 2025 edition, Sakani signed an MoU with the Real Estate Development Fund to link their digital platforms.
At Cityscape Global, Tahaluf runs approval of space-only stand drawings through its exhibitor materials. Its exhibitor guidelines push stands whose structure can be used time and again. They also ask exhibitors to have contractors confirm each stand's fate after the show. Lazulite's Malham drawing pack lists every reusable part.
Tahaluf decides how stand contractors register crew for build-up and build-down at Cityscape Global. Lazulite registers its Dubai and Riyadh crew through that process, and re-confirms any registration made for the November dates.
Projectors above a scale model need rigging points, so the power, rigging and internet plan for a Cityscape Global stand starts there. Lazulite prepares those requirements and submits each service order for you by the route Tahaluf's exhibitor manual sets.
Units on sale shape a Cityscape Global layout, so Lazulite's brief starts with your price list and your hall, such as Hall 3 or 4.
Tahaluf receives the Malham drawing pack straight after your 3D sign-off, with model heights and projector positions marked.
Projection content for a Cityscape Global stand is aligned to its scale model in Dubai, plot by plot, before any crate is loaded.
Cityscape build-up at Malham ends with a mock reservation, as your sales team books a test unit on the kiosks before 12pm on 1 February.
The 10pm close on 4 February starts build-down, and each project's reservation list goes to your sales team before the crew leaves Malham.
A master-plan model is the first cost question on most Cityscape Global stands, ahead of screens and kiosks. Per square metre, a Malham modular build typically comes to AED 1,000 to 2,000, while custom joinery comes to AED 1,500 to 3,500. Custom stands need six to ten weeks between brief and the start of build-up, modular three to five. Riyadh quotes tend to sit in the top half of each range once freight, customs and crew hotels are added.
Tahaluf publishes no Cityscape Global space rate, so floor space starts with the Stand Enquiry button on cityscapeglobal.com and is billed by the organiser. Our quote holds the stand, its model and screens, and both engineer shifts for four days. Lazulite prepares the power, rigging and internet orders and submits them on your behalf through the channel in Tahaluf's exhibitor manual. Each venue charge sits on its own line, and Saudi VAT of 15% comes on top.
On a Cityscape Global stand, relighting an existing master-plan model takes about three weeks, against six to eight for a new one, and costs less. Renting an indoor LED video wall for the Malham halls typically means AED 300 to 650 per square metre daily.

Wafi licensing covers every off-plan unit sold at Cityscape Global, so Lazulite's unit kiosks and tablet flows show each project's marketing licence on screen. Reservations pass straight to your sales system, within REGA's limits.
On a Cityscape Global stand, Lazulite wires model lighting, unit kiosks, VR Pod and lead capture into one system. When a buyer picks a villa at the kiosk, its plot lights on the model and the pick is saved to the lead.
Malham hosts Cityscape Global, LEAP and Black Hat MEA, three Tahaluf shows where Lazulite crews build, so the freight route and crew list carry over.

No. Tahaluf moved Cityscape Global 2026 to 1 to 4 February 2027 and kept the venue, Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham. The next edition follows in November 2027. Exhibitors booked for November keep the venue, but freight, crew travel and build-up move to late January.
