Award Shows & Galas · Dubai & GCC
Lazulite produces award shows and galas in Dubai and across the GCC. We design the stage, run the LED, lighting and sound, build the nominee content and call the show from the production desk. Our engineers also deliver trophy reveals, red carpet photobooths, live voting and guest registration. We produce the whole night or work alongside your agency, with hardware from our own catalogue of 40+ products.

An award show needs an LED stage backdrop, stage lighting, sound, a reveal for each winner, guest registration and a photo moment. Award show production is the planning, staging, technology and show calling behind an awards night, corporate award ceremony or gala. Lazulite supplies and runs all of it. Larger shows add live voting, teleprompters and confidence monitors for presenters.
Hotel ballrooms suit seated galas, and arenas suit large theatre-style award shows with big stage screens. Etihad Arena, Coca-Cola Arena and Madinat Jumeirah are among the 50+ GCC venues where Lazulite has worked. We also produce galas in Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah and Doha, and travel to Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman. Rooftops and beach venues suit smaller galas but need weather plans. Dubai Media Office reported that Dubai hotels averaged 80.7% occupancy in 2025, so hold ballroom dates early.
Lock nominee films and reveal sequences about two weeks before the show, and winner names by the final rehearsal. Most corporate awards nights take 8 to 12 weeks to produce from brief to show day. Smaller staff awards can be ready in 4 to 6 weeks. Most ceremonies run 90 to 120 minutes, with short speeches and a little buffer in the running order. Event services firm Freeman, in its 2025 Experience Trends Report reported by BizBash, found 78% of organisers think attendees had a peak moment. Most attendees disagree: 60% say they did not.
Lazulite can produce your show in full or join your show producer as the technical team. Either way, our engineers fit the stage, screens, lighting and reveals into one plan and agree every cue in advance.
Lazulite Technology Services LLC has produced live event experiences since 2016. We support 200+ events a year, including awards nights, galas and corporate celebrations, and have worked at 100+ GCC exhibitions.
The same Lazulite crew builds the stage, rigs the lighting and screens, calls the show and stays until the final award is presented. With no hand-off between suppliers, each fault goes straight to the engineer who built that system.

Lazulite's award show stage design starts from a Dynamic LED Wall or Custom LED Display, with lighting and sound to match. The screen carries nominee films, category titles, live voting results and sponsor slides.
Lazulite dresses the red carpet with a step-and-repeat backdrop and a Kaleidoscope Photobooth, AI Photobooth or Fog Gun Photobooth. Guests take a branded photo or clip home.
Lazulite's Event Registration & Badging Systems check guests in at the door against your list and can print badges and seating cards. Interactive Kiosks in the foyer help guests find their table.
A seated gala puts guests at round tables across the room, while a theatre-style show seats them in rows facing the stage. Round tables leave some guests side-on or far back, so galas often need extra side screens. Theatre rows give clear sightlines to one main backdrop. Lazulite plans screen and lighting positions from the venue floor plan.
Choose a seated gala dinner when networking and hospitality matter as much as the awards. It suits fewer categories, spread between courses. Guests have time between awards for photobooths and a registration welcome. Lazulite sets sound levels around dinner service, so speeches carry over the room. A reveal piece can still mark the headline award of the evening.
Choose a theatre-style award show for many categories, a large audience or a ceremony you plan to film or live stream. Every guest faces the stage, and one large LED backdrop carries the content. With a tight running order, a Lazulite show caller times each walk-up and reveal.
Companies use awards nights to thank staff in public. Popular awards night ideas include a red carpet theme, categories tied to company values and a surprise presenter. In a Gallup study with Workhuman, a recognition software company, well-recognised employees were 45% less likely to have left two years later.
Industry bodies and award ceremony organisers run many categories every year and need one consistent look. Lazulite builds category templates, live voting and a show format that returns next year with new nominees.
Sponsors want a branded moment that sits outside the ceremony itself. Lazulite builds sponsor photobooths, registration screens and category slides in each sponsor's colours.
Agencies producing gala dinners need a production crew they can add for one night. Lazulite can work as your agency's white-label production team for the gala's stage, screens, reveals and booths.
Lazulite writes the run of show with you and lists every cue, from doors opening to the final award.
Lazulite designs the stage set and builds nominee films, category graphics and reveal animations to fit the agreed screens.
Lazulite runs a technical rehearsal with your presenters, testing each cue, teleprompter script, walk-up and reveal at the venue.
A Lazulite show caller calls each cue from the production desk, while engineers backstage run the screens, lighting and reveals.
Lazulite sends you the guest photos and videos from the night. Event Marketer's EventTrack 2026 survey of US attendees found 82% told friends or family about their brand interaction.

An awards night budget depends on guest numbers, the number of awards, the venue, show length and the production on stage and in the foyer. Lazulite prices the full production: stage, LED, lighting, sound, content, reveals, show crew, registration and photo moments. Venue hire and catering can sit in our quote or with you.
LED, reveal and photobooth costs depend on screen size, the number of reveal pieces and how long the booths run. Hiring LED walls and photobooths from the Lazulite range keeps the upfront cost lower. A custom reveal built around your trophy or brand costs more, but it can return next year.
Nominee films and content cost more as categories, sponsors and reveal cues grow, because each needs its own filming, graphics and testing. Lazulite can film the nominee videos or format films your team supplies. Reusing category templates the next year lowers the cost.

Every awards night needs the venue's approval of the stage plan, rigging and safety, and approval from the relevant authority where the event needs it. Hotel ballrooms add house rules on hanging, cabling and access. Lazulite prepares the drawings and documents that the approval asks for, and handles the submissions with the venue.
Rigging, power and load-in windows decide what can be built before guests arrive. Lazulite confirms rigging loads, power supply and safe cable routes with the venue's technical team. A ballroom stage build often runs overnight before the show, and Lazulite plans the install order around that window.
A winner embargo keeps names secret until the reveal. Agree early who may see the final content, and put the rule in each supplier contract. Lazulite loads the final winner files onto the show computers at the last rehearsal, and only the show caller and producer can view them.
Can’t find your answer? Speak with our Dubai team.
Yes. Lazulite can produce the whole awards night or gala, from stage design, LED, lighting and sound to nominee films, reveals and show calling. We also run registration, red carpet photobooths and live voting. If you already have an event agency, Lazulite can work alongside it as the production and technology team.
Let’s build it together
Start planning your awards night by telling us the date, venue, guest numbers and number of categories. Our Dubai team will reply with a show concept and a budget range. Lazulite then designs the stage, builds the content, rehearses with your presenters and calls the show, in Dubai or across the 6 GCC countries. Send us the brief, or call or WhatsApp a member of the team.
