Lazulite designs, installs and commissions audio visual systems for offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider GCC, including Riyadh and Doha. We fit out smart meeting rooms, boardrooms, conference rooms and auditoriums with video conferencing, sound, BYOD and wireless presentation. We also install LED video walls, digital signage and office automation. Our in-house engineers carry out the work, and they build the LED and interactive technology in our catalogue of 40+ products. Since 2016, our team has delivered 1,500+ projects for 500+ clients.

AV system integration is the design and installation of audio, video, display and control equipment so that it works as one system. AV installation mounts and connects equipment, while integration also designs, programmes and tests it. In an office, that joins displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, control panels and the network behind them. Lazulite also installs LED video walls, digital signage, BYOD sharing and office automation.
Meeting rooms, boardrooms and hybrid video conferencing rooms need integration first, because staff present, call and share content there daily. Receptions take LED walls and digital signage. Auditoriums and town halls need sound that reaches every seat. Integration links the equipment in a room. An interactive installation is an exhibit that visitors use.
An AV site survey needs floor plans, room numbers and sizes, users per room, staff devices, the call platform, IT security rules and fit-out dates. Our engineers then plan the survey around the rooms that need the most work. A survey of a few rooms usually takes one day.
As an AV integrator in Dubai, Lazulite has engineers who draw the system, install the hardware and programme the room controls themselves. Your IT team keeps one contact who knows how each room was wired.
Lazulite Technology Services LLC builds and runs LED walls and displays at 200+ events a year, where screens must work when doors open. The same engineers mount, power and set up LED walls in offices.
At handover, Lazulite gives your team as-built drawings, a test record for each room and a short guide to the controls. IT and facilities staff keep them for future changes.

A smart meeting room links the call, the screen and the lights, and one touch starts the meeting. Lazulite installs Microsoft Teams and Zoom rooms, BYOD and wireless presentation, and Interactive Screens from our range.
Conference rooms need microphones for each seat, speakers tuned by a digital sound processor and cameras that frame the whole table. Lazulite sets up video conferencing on the platform you already use.
Office automation links a room's lighting, blinds, displays and booking panel to one control point. Lazulite programmes scenes such as presentation or video call, plus booking panels that show which rooms are free.
BYOD rooms run calls from each person's laptop, while dedicated Teams or Zoom rooms keep their own computer and start the same way each time. BYOD costs less to set up. Microsoft, which sells meeting software, found in its 2025 Work Trend Index that 57% of meetings are ad hoc calls without a calendar invite.
Choose BYOD for huddle rooms, rooms that guests use and teams that join calls on different platforms. People connect by cable or wireless presentation, and the room's camera, microphones and display join their call. Lazulite agrees the sharing rules with your IT team before installation starts.
Choose a dedicated room system for boardrooms and busy conference rooms where most calls run on one platform. People start a meeting from the table panel, with no laptop or cable to find. Lazulite sets up the room around the platform your organisation already uses. A panel outside the door can show the room's bookings.
New offices can plan screens and cable routes while the fit-out is still on paper. Cushman & Wakefield reported 0.88 million sq ft of Dubai office space delivered in Q2 2026.
Facilities teams can upgrade rooms one at a time with Lazulite, adding video conferencing, BYOD sharing, clearer audio or a new display.
Fit-out contractors can bring in Lazulite as a white-label AV team that works to their programme, drawings and site rules. We can also price the AV package for their tender.
Government offices often need systems that stay inside their own network. Sanad, a fully offline AI assistant Lazulite built for Abu Dhabi Civil Defence, needs no outside connection.
Lazulite visits each room to record its size, seating, daylight, acoustics, power points, cable routes and how people meet there.
Lazulite engineers draw the system for each room and list each device, cable and control point, with a budget range.
Lazulite agrees cable routes, power, network ports and security settings with your fit-out contractor, MEP team and IT team.
Lazulite engineers mount and wire the hardware, programme the controls and test calls, cameras, sharing and audio in each room.
Lazulite runs final tests with your team, shows each room's users how the controls work and hands over the records.

A meeting room's AV budget depends on its size, the number of seats, how often it hosts calls and how much control it needs. A four-seat huddle room with BYOD sharing costs far less than a boardroom or auditorium. Lazulite prices room by room, then adds shared items such as the network.
Display, audio and camera costs rise with room size, because larger rooms need bigger screens, more microphones and wider camera coverage. Owl Labs, which sells meeting room cameras, found in a 2025 survey that 77% of US workers had lost meeting time to technical difficulties.
AV installation costs less when cabling goes in before ceilings close, programming grows with each automated scene, and support depends on the maintenance plan. Lazulite prices maintenance room by room, next to the installation, so running costs are clear before you commit.

Office AV work needs approval from the landlord or building management, and from the relevant authority where the works need it. Lazulite prepares the drawings and documents that the landlord's approval asks for. A few meeting rooms typically take two to four weeks from survey to handover. A full office floor follows the fit-out programme.
Each display, panel and LED wall needs power, data cabling and containment. Containment means the trays and conduits that carry and protect cables inside walls and ceilings. Ceiling speakers and microphones also need fixing points above the grid. Lazulite marks each run on the drawings, and the fit-out team builds it with the walls.
Your IT team decides how room devices join the network, and Lazulite sets them up to match, including separate network segments where needed. Where data must stay on site, systems can run on local hardware. Lazulite offers annual AV maintenance contracts with scheduled visits, remote checks and fault support.
Can’t find your answer? Speak with our Dubai team.
Yes. Lazulite sets up meeting rooms for the call platform your organisation already uses, including Microsoft Teams and Zoom. BYOD rooms also let guests join from their own laptops on other platforms. Our engineers agree device and network settings with your IT team, then test calls in each room before handover.
Let’s build it together
Tell us how many rooms you have, how your teams meet and when your fit-out finishes. Lazulite will arrange a site survey, then send a system outline with a budget range for each room. Our own engineers install, programme and test each system, in the UAE and across the GCC. Share your floor plans, or call or WhatsApp an AV specialist.
