A tourism board at Arabian Travel Market may bring dozens of hotels, DMCs and tour operators onto one stand. Lazulite builds those pavilions, plus hotel group stands and travel tech booths, with kiosks, VR Pods and photobooths from its own catalogue. ATM 2027 runs from 3 to 6 May at Dubai World Trade Centre. Since 2016, eight ATM build-ups have run through our Dubai workshop. An engineer stays with every stand to the Thursday close.

First held in 1994, Arabian Travel Market is an annual trade show for inbound and outbound travel in the Middle East, organised by RX.

Arabian Travel Market gathers buyers and sellers of Middle East travel, inbound and outbound, across leisure, luxury, business events and corporate travel. The show opened at DWTC in 1994 and has left Dubai once, for Bahrain in 1995. IHG Hotels & Resorts and Al Rais Travel are its official hotel and DMC partners.
Stands fill Sheikh Saeed Halls 1 to 3, Trade Centre Arena, Halls 1 to 8 and the Za'abeel Halls. ATM Travel Tech, the co-located show for travel technology, holds its Tech & Innovation Hub in Za'abeel Halls 2 and 3. RX counted more than 55 destination stands in 2026.
Hosted buyers arrive with direct purchasing and contracting authority, from leisure, MICE, luxury and corporate travel, each committed to at least 35 pre-scheduled appointments. RX counted more than 55,000 attendees from 166 countries in 2025. Nobody under 18 enters the halls.
Arabian Travel Market 2027 runs from Monday 3 May to Thursday 6 May. Visitors enter from 11am on the Monday and 10am from Tuesday, and the halls close at 6pm, or 5pm on Thursday. The 2026 edition, the 33rd, moved twice and ran in September.
Arabian Travel Market 2027 is held at Dubai World Trade Centre, reached directly from the World Trade Centre Metro Station. Taxis stop at the Za'abeel Hall entrance, and the organiser's travel page directs flyers to Dubai International.
Build-up for ATM 2027 is staggered by hall. Sheikh Saeed Halls and the Arena start on 28 April, Halls 1 to 8 on 29 April and the Za'abeel Halls on 1 May. Every stand must be finished by 8pm on 1 May, and the 2027 stand plan deadline is not yet set.

Space-only sites at ATM arrive bare and uncarpeted, and the 2026 regulations capped stand fitting at 6 metres. Lazulite builds custom stands and pavilion frames in its Dubai Production City workshop and keeps Modular Exhibition Stands in stock. Nothing may be fixed to the hall floor, so our crew lays a raised floor first.
An Immersive Room or VR Pod takes buyers to a destination they cannot visit from the hall. A.A. Al Moosa won ATM's Best Use of Technology award in 2025 for a screen linked to 3D displays of its hotels. Airlines can add a Flight Simulator, and cruise lines a Miniature Model of a ship.
RX gives every ATM exhibitor the Lead Manager App and a Colleqt QR code, which feed its Exhibitor Dashboard. Lazulite adds Interactive Kiosks that check in pre-booked appointments, so meetings and walk-up contacts share one list, each marked leisure, luxury, MICE or corporate.
Stand power went off 15 minutes after the halls closed each evening under ATM's 2026 rules, so screens start cold. Lazulite engineers arrive at 8am, when exhibitors get in, and have kiosks, VR Pods and photobooths running before buyers arrive.
Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism brought more than 115 co-exhibitors onto the Dubai stand at ATM 2026, WAM reported. A Curved LED Kiosk at the pavilion entrance lists each by counter and product.
At ATM, hosted buyers walk from one pre-scheduled appointment to the next all day. A VR Pod with a three-minute fly-through of a resort or heritage site fits the gap between two meetings.
At ATM 2026, live music was allowed only from 5pm to 6pm on the first three days and 4pm to 5pm on the last. Sound stopped at prayer times. A small stage backed by an indoor LED video wall hosts your performance in that hour and plays destination films otherwise.
Travel influencers, content creators and bloggers qualify for ATM media badges alongside journalists. An AI Photobooth frames each visitor in your destination's scenery and delivers the portrait by QR code.
Ops Squad's Stand Plan Team approves space-only plans for ATM, and an independent structural engineer checks anything over 4 metres. Our pack adds the risk assessment and method statement required in 2026. Reviewers also check that walls on stands under 50 square metres cover at most half of any side.
Every contractor at ATM needs a DWTC Contractor Pass from the venue's contractor portal, where Lazulite registers its crew. The 2026 manual also set public liability cover of at least £2,000,000 per claim for every stand contractor. That year, only DSV, the official logistics provider, could run forklifts in the halls.
In 2026, mains power for a space-only ATM stand came from the official electrical contractor, and rigging and internet went through EventPlus, DWTC's ordering portal. Lazulite drafts your power, rigging and internet needs and lodges each service order there in your name. The same rules banned Perspex.

Valuables leave at 5:30pm on 6 May, dismantling starts at 7pm, and your appointment log arrives before the noon clear-out on 8 May.
Destination content is a cost line most ATM stands carry, since an Immersive Room or VR Pod needs its own film. Per square metre, a modular stand typically needs AED 1,000 to 2,000 to design, build and install, and a custom one AED 1,500 to 3,500.
RX publishes no ATM space rate, and every exhibitor pays compulsory indemnity and registration fees on top. Space comes through the Exhibitor enquiry form as a shell and furniture package, an RX SmartSpace build or space only. For space only, Lazulite sizes the power, rigging and internet your stand needs and places the EventPlus orders. Each venue charge gets its own line.
One pavilion's frame, Immersive Room and power order can be split across a tourism board's co-exhibitors, so each hotel or DMC funds only its counter. Indoor LED video wall hire is typically AED 300 to 650 per screen square metre each show day. AI Photobooths typically hire out at AED 3,000 to 6,000 per day on the stand.

No. September was a one-off. ATM 2027 is back in spring, 3 to 6 May at DWTC. The 2026 edition moved first to August and finally to 14 to 17 September. Book staff travel, hotels and crews for late April, when build-up opens.
