ADIPEC 2027 · Abu Dhabi
ADIPEC 2026 filled every hall at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, so floor space for November 2027 is worth requesting early. Lazulite builds energy stands in Dubai: offshore platform models for national oil companies, hydrogen and CCUS displays for low-carbon firms, and counters for country pavilions. Our engineers have worked seven in-person ADIPEC editions since 2016 and stay with the kit until the halls close. The 2026 show ran 2 to 5 November, and the organiser has not yet set the 2027 days.
Show facts
ADIPEC, the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference, is an annual energy show organised by dmg events and hosted by ADNOC.
Show details checked: 2 November 2026
ADNOC hosts ADIPEC, the energy industry's annual gathering in Abu Dhabi, and dmg events organises it. The show runs under the patronage of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE. Abdulmunim Saif Al Kindy chairs the 2026 edition. The 2025 show closed with US$46 billion of agreements across 35,000 deals, the Abu Dhabi Media Office reported.
Four specialised zones sit beside the general exhibition. The Low Carbon & Chemicals Zone covers hydrogen, ammonia, methanol and CCUS for industrial decarbonisation, while DP World partners the Maritime & Logistics Zone. AIQ co-hosts the AI Zone, next to a Digitalisation Zone. Thirty country pavilions complete the floor, from the German Pavilion's 87 companies to Norway's group in Halls 8 and 9.
Fifty-four NOCs, IOCs, NECs and IECs take part, the organiser says, and 95% of attendees play a role in purchasing. More than 40 ministers were expected in 2026. The Abu Dhabi Media Office put 2025 attendance at a record 239,709 from 172 countries. In 2026 a visitor pass cost US$60 in advance or US$100 on show days, and under-18s were refused entry.
ADIPEC 2027 takes place in November 2027, the organiser says, with exact days still to come. The 2026 edition ran from Monday 2 to Thursday 5 November, 10am to 6:30pm, closing at 5:30pm on the last day. Recent editions opened on early November Mondays: 4 November 2024, 3 November 2025 and 2 November 2026.
ADIPEC 2027 is set for Abu Dhabi. ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi hosts the 2026 show, about 20 minutes from the international airport. During that show, free park-and-ride buses run every 20 minutes. Demand for hall space in 2026 pushed the opening ceremony out to the Abu Dhabi Energy Centre, Energy Connects reported.
dmg events counted a record 2,260 exhibiting companies for 2026, so request 2027 space soon after this edition closes. Use the Book a stand form or [email protected], which also supplies the floor plan. Drawing, crew pass and service order deadlines follow in the Exhibitor Manual.

ADIPEC's 2026 booking form offered plots in steps from 9 square metres up to 30 and beyond. Custom stands and operator islands come from Lazulite's Dubai workshop, and Modular Exhibition Stands from stock suit smaller plots. Country pavilions share one design through Custom Pavilion Building, once we know the builder rules their organiser sets.
The Digitalisation Zone targets operational technology and asset reliability leaders, so its screens should carry plant data. A 3.0 Transparent OLED Portrait lays IoT sensor readings over a real pump or valve. Upstream service firms can seat a buyer in a VR Pod on a drilling floor few visitors will ever stand on.
ADIPEC badges separate visitors, whose passes cover the halls, from delegates, whose passes add the Strategic or Technical Conference. Interactive Kiosks record which kind stopped, then where in the energy value chain the contact works: upstream, gas and LNG, downstream or low carbon. The ADIPEC app's lead scanner, free to 2026 exhibitors, feeds the same file.
ADIPEC 2026 halls open at 10am and close at 6:30pm for three days, then at 5:30pm on the fourth. Our engineers arrive before each opening to realign projection on asset models and restart every kiosk.
Digital twins and predictive analytics are on the Digitalisation Zone's product list. In an Immersive Room, a buyer stands inside your plant's twin as a failing pump turns amber.
Marine and offshore equipment is a Maritime & Logistics Zone category, and much of it is too large to ship. A 3D Hologram fan turns a compressor or crane in mid-air beside one real component.
Energy Security & Resilience is one of six programmes new to the 2026 Strategic Conference. On a Dynamic LED Table, a shipping or port exhibitor redraws a cargo's supply route as the visitor watches.
Automation and robotics specialists appear on the AI Zone's list of target visitors. A Kuka Robotic Arm passes your sensor along a pipe section on a loop, each reading on screen.
Only one person per exhibiting company can open the ADIPEC Exhibitor Manual on dmg events' portal, so every space-only drawing goes through that contact. Lazulite prepares the pack, marking model heights, projector points and running equipment for the reviewers.
The organiser's operations team, at [email protected], handles ADIPEC stand set-up and exhibitor badges. Visa invitation letters for exhibiting staff come from [email protected]. Lazulite registers its crew through the contractor process in the 2027 manual, the week it opens.
ADNEC runs its own in-house venue services, rigging and hard-wired internet among them. Lazulite drafts your ADIPEC power, rigging and internet needs, then places each service order on your behalf by the route the Exhibitor Manual sets. Running equipment goes on the power order with its load.
Your zone, plot size and the assets you plan to show fix the first ADIPEC layout, before any colour or logo choice.
The single manual login carries the drawing pack to dmg events once the design is signed off.
Platform and plant models are lit, mapped and run with their content in Lazulite's Dubai workshop before the road trip to ADNEC.
Crews place equipment and models first at ADNEC, then build the walls around them and test every screen before the first 10am opening.
ADIPEC's final day closed at 5:30pm in 2026; from then, models go into padded crates and contacts are split by segment for your sales teams.
Asset models and running equipment most often lift an ADIPEC budget above what floor area and build type set. Typical rates are AED 1,000 to 2,000 for every built square metre of a modular stand, while custom builds run AED 1,500 to 3,500.
Floor space at ADIPEC arrives as a dmg events invoice, priced by its sales team, and adipec.com shows no rate. Our quote holds the build, technology, content and engineers. Each ADNEC charge from the orders we place sits on its own line, and UAE VAT is 5%.
A country pavilion package can cover walls, furniture, lighting and power, as Innovation Norway's did in 2026. Your budget then pays for what the package lacks, such as a hologram fan at a typical AED 1,500 to 3,000 daily.
Budget bands

Custom build
Space-only joinery for an operator plot or island
ADIPEC fills ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, where the Bluecherry stand Lazulite made for Etihad Rail stood at MIITE 2026. Its app compared the carbon saved by passenger and freight rail. That crew knows ADNEC's halls and in-house teams.
Safety sits on ADNOC's own ADIPEC agenda, through its HSE Strategic Executive Panel. Lazulite sends a risk assessment, method statement and crew safety list with every ADIPEC drawing pack.
SPE's Technical Conference ran 203 sessions with 1,420 speakers in 2025, the Abu Dhabi Media Office reported. Stand kiosks hold your technical papers and datasheets for engineers to email themselves.
