Eight ADIHEX editions since 2016 have put Lazulite crews on the ADNEC floor, building for falconry, hunting, equestrian and outdoor brands. ADIHEX 2027 opens on Friday 27 August for ten days, 10am to 10pm, at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. Families, collectors and trade buyers pass your stand for 120 open hours, so we build it for handling. Our engineers keep its screens, kiosks and photobooths running until the doors close.

ADIHEX is Abu Dhabi's annual hunting, falconry, equestrian and heritage exhibition, owned by the Emirates Falconers' Club and organised by ADNEC Group.

The Emirates Falconers' Club launched ADIHEX in 2003 and still owns it, and ADNEC Group has organised it with the club since 2024. The club's chairman, Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in Al Dhafra Region, is patron. ADAFSA, the emirate's agriculture and food safety authority, is main partner, and Environment Agency Abu Dhabi is a strategic partner.
ADIHEX splits its floor into 15 sectors, from Falconry, Saluki and Camel to Knives, Souk and RVs and Caravans. Sporting guns filled Halls 1 to 3 in 2026, when the show used all of ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi for the first time. That edition covered 107,000 square metres, the organiser says, with a temporary Central Plaza hall built with Al Fares International Tents.
ADIHEX sells tickets to the public, and the organiser counted more than 480,000 visitors and 2,405 exhibitors and brands from 71 countries in 2026. A dress code turns away shorts and sleeveless tops. The organiser also markets ADIHEX for on-site sales, so most stands double as shops selling saddlery, optics, veterinary products and Emirati crafts.
ADIHEX 2027 runs for ten days, from Friday 27 August to Sunday 5 September, with last entry at 8:30pm. The 2025 edition ran nine days. In 2026 the falcon auctions fell on both show weekends.
ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi hosts ADIHEX 2027, beside Khaleej Al Arabi Road. Visitors park in Car Parks A and B, or free at ADNEC Marina across a covered footbridge.
Weapons dealers face the first ADIHEX cut-off. In 2026 their weaponry list reached the organiser by 2 June for Abu Dhabi Police approval, with the weapons in Abu Dhabi before 14 August. Arts and Crafts exhibitors sent images of their works for approval by 15 June. The 2027 manual's drawing, crew pass and service order dates are not public yet; Lazulite confirms each when you book.

Most ADIHEX stands sell as well as display, so a Lazulite build starts with the counter, the shelving and a lockable stockroom. Shell schemes started at 9 square metres in 2026 and space-only plots at 18. We fit out shell schemes on site, build space-only stands in our Dubai workshop and use Custom Pavilion Building for sector pavilions.
Fishing, equestrian and camping each have an ADIHEX sector, and their gear gets used at sea, in the saddle or in the desert. A Tangible Table sorts fishing tackle by target species when a lure is set down. A Kinetic Flip Book pages through a saddlery range, and an Immersive Room pitches camping tents under a desert night sky.
ADIHEX mixes ticket-holding shoppers with wholesalers and distributors, so one sign-up form cannot serve both. Interactive Kiosks take shoppers' warranty and loyalty sign-ups. Event Registration & Badging Systems log dealer enquiries apart, for your sales team each evening.
During ADIHEX 2026, deliveries reached the halls only from 6am to 9am. Gate 1 served Halls 1 to the Atrium, and Gate 3 served Halls 5 to ICC. Lazulite engineers use that window to restock print, replace scuffed panels and test each screen, then stay until 10pm daily.
In 2026, only staff approved by the Ministry of Interior could present or sell weapons at ADIHEX. A Curved LED Kiosk beside the counter compares calibres, actions and optics, then shows the Weapons Licensing Office steps before your staff take over.
Safari outfitters exhibit at ADIHEX in the Hunting Tourism & Safari sector, selling trips far from Abu Dhabi. A Dynamic LED Table maps each concession's lodges, hides and seasons by species.
RVs and Caravans has its own ADIHEX sector, and a van on a stand can wear only one finish. Projection Mapping on the body cycles through each livery and trim.
The club that owns ADIHEX was founded in 2001 to safeguard falconry. An AI Photobooth sets a hooded falcon on each visitor's glove and sends the portrait to their phone, framed in your brand.
Every 2026 stand design in the ADIHEX weaponry halls went to Abu Dhabi Police and the Ministry of Interior for approval of its storage area. Stores had to lock and show capacity for every item, shell scheme stores took wooden doors, and CCTV went in at the exhibitor's cost. Other halls follow the manual's drawing approval, and Lazulite's pack puts store capacity, doors and cameras on sheet one.
At ADIHEX 2026, every contractor had to leave the hunting gun halls by 6pm on 28 August for the weapons handover. Breaches were fined from the performance bond. Crew registration follows the organiser's contractor process, and Lazulite enters every crew member once it opens.
In 2026, ADIHEX space-only exhibitors ordered power and other services through the exhibitor manual. Lazulite lists your power, rigging and internet requirements and files those orders there for you, and ADNEC's in-house teams supply them. Weapons stayed permanently tethered, trigger-locked and inside locked counters, and displays held only models and dummy, inert or cutaway rounds.
A till point and a stockroom change an ADIHEX floor plan more than graphics do, so your sales plan and sector come before any sketch.
Gun-hall drawings mark store capacity and camera points for the police review; every other ADIHEX set follows the manual's approval route.
Counter tops, edge trims and touch screens are scuff-tested in the Dubai workshop, and every content file plays through a twelve-hour loop before crating.
Our crew builds gun-hall stands first, so they are clear well before the organiser's contractor cut-off for the weapons handover.
After the 10pm close on 5 September, your staff clear stock and any weapons from the store, then our crew takes the stand down.
Daily hire and engineer cover grow fastest over ADIHEX's 120 open hours. Our ranges are the same at every show, so ten days push most ADIHEX quotes into their upper half or beyond. A modular ADIHEX build is typically AED 1,000 to 2,000 a square metre, design and installation included. Custom work is typically AED 1,500 to 3,500. In 2026, gun-hall stands also paid the organiser a security charge per square metre.
ADNEC Group's sales team books ADIHEX floor space through the Book Your Stand 2027 form on adihex.com and invoices it separately. Each power, rigging and internet order Lazulite places for you appears as its own line. UAE VAT at 5% applies to both bills.
Booked for the four auction-weekend days alone, an AI Photobooth sheds six days of hire, at typical rates of AED 3,000 to 6,000 a day. A 2026 shell scheme came with one 13A socket, so extra screens need a power order.

In 2026, ADIHEX's Arts and Crafts rules hung every work at least 50 cm above the floor and 7 cm apart. Lazulite builds gallery walls with hanging rails on that line and ledges for the organiser's 10 by 3 cm captions.
Ten twelve-hour days wear through soft laminates and loose trims on an ADIHEX stand. Lazulite specifies high-pressure laminate tops, metal edge guards and kick plates.
With falcon handling and art workshops for children on the ADIHEX programme, Lazulite stands there get rounded corners, covered cables and screens above small hands.
